Bio
Janet Whiteway is a singer/songwriter/keyboardist and a consummate and busy performer, and has a B.Mus Degree from Queen’s University School of Music. In addition to performing her original music, she is currently keyboardist/singer for Elton Jan!; the keyboardist/vocalist with all-women funk band Grace; keyboardist with I Will Be King (David Bowie Tribute); keyboardist for Bowie Tribute The Bowie Lives; keyboardist/singer with Ricochet, an all 80’s band; singer/keyboardist with the Coe Hill Girls; singer/keyboardist for trio Jump She Said and recently keyboardist for Electric Alter and musical director for “Let’s Assume I Know Nothing And Move Forward From There” by Kelly Clipperton. You can also find her playing French Horn in the North Hastings Community Band and holding down an Alto chair in the North Hastings Community Choir. Janet is offering Voice, Piano, French Horn, and Trumpet lessons.
